News and updates from CloudForest
Here’s our August newsletter, covering the Forth Vally Net Zero campaign, our platform developments and an introduction to our team.
As part of Forth Valley’s Net Zero campaign, we are going to be highlighting the important role that local wood businesses must play in reaching Net Zero.
To support this, we are focused on bringing together as many people and businesses as possible from the Forth Valley and surrounding areas.
We will be using examples from our Marketplace, so make sure your business and products are listed!
Are you based in Forth Valley region, and have a local wood story to tell?
We would love to include some examples where Forth Valley wood has been turned into long-life products.

Hester Robertson started CloudForest Marketplace to help make it easier to find and buy home grown wood.
She is keen to see more diverse forestry in Scotland and is learning about continuous cover forestry whilst managing a small wood.
Simon Freytag is our web developer.
He also like forests and making things out of wood, from sheds to furniture.
Excited by the potential of what CloudForest is trying to do Simon signed up to help build this new marketplace.
